Swimming Lessons
At the end of last term we had our swimming lessons at QE2. It was great fun and on the last day we got to wear our pj's and swim in those too. We loved the lessons and we all learned something new.
Room 20's cool cushions.
On the 14th of July room 20 started making cushions for art. First we had to draw on a piece of fabric what we wanted the picture on our cushions to be. Then we painted the picture with fabric paint. It took us about two weeks to finish the painting of them. Now we have to have them ironed for us. Everyone has to sew there own one up and to put the stuffing in them. The stuffing was the easy part all we had to do was pick up stuffing and stuff it in then all that is left is to hand sew it up. Once we have done that we will have a cushion to take home and show our Mum and Dad what we have done.
