This is Tyler, Kyal and Jackson explaining their reading activity of building a Volcanoe. We had a book on Volcanoes and we liked it, so we went to the library and went on the computer and found instructions on how to make one we printed the instructions off and we sorted out what we needed to get, like who got what things. We cut the top off a fizzy drink bottle then we paper mache it then waited for it to dry, then we painted it brown and the bottom green. Then we shared our learning with the class. We invited them to come see us erupt it outside. We put in food colouring, vinegar and baking soda and it exploded. It was a good experience, I have never made a Volcanoe out of paper mache before. The Spectacular Room 20 Team.

Hey!
Welcome to our blog everyone. We can hardly believe we are half way through the year already. We have been doing some fab things in Room 20 so far, and probably our most favourite was organising our own camp. This was part of our PAI learning, make sure you scroll down a little further to see some pics and hear about some of the things we had to do.

Please feel free to comment on our blog, we would love to hear what you think. Enjoy the journey - We sure are!!!

Hi everyone!

Welcome to Room 20's blog. This is a cool place where we can share all the great learning we have been doing, and some of the up and coming events or learning experiences we will be doing in and around the school!

Happy blogging!
